Holistic Existential Therapy

Holistic health means that the emphasis is placed on observing the whole body. It's essential for true healing therapeutically to observe and understand the mind-body connection to create more awareness for understanding and growth. 

 

Existential deals with our human existence and how we view our lives. Throughout our lives, we may run into different times when we feel lost or stuck. Therapy can help as you process through your personal philosophy in life. 

Psychotherapy is providing mental health assistance through psychological support. In therapy, this could include talking, breathing, and body sensation awareness. My focus is on the symptoms as a tool to learn more about the individual versus heavy emphasis on a diagnostic criteria.
